METHODOLOGY
Each assignment starts with an in-depth analysis of the position to be filled, its environment, the corporate culture and the candidate's profile.
Our searches by direct approach are essentially based on three types of procedures:
• use of our own contacts and asking questions to numerous people with whom the consultant has firmly established bonds of trust.
• the Argos Belgium databank (used and updated daily).
• identification of appropriate candidates and active research based on a list of «target» companies defined together with you.
Within a 6 to 10 week period, we then suggest to you a meeting with the selected candidates.
We then carry out checks on the references of the selected candidates.
Our search benefits from a twofold guarantee:
• guarantee of replacement if the appointed candidate leaves the company during the first six months.
• for two years following the end of the assignment, ARGOS undertakes not to recruit any executive from your company. |
