Our client

Our client, an USA corporation, is an innovative prepaid and payments network, a market leader in the fast growing card-based financial solutions category and the largest provider of third-party prepaid cards.
Its corporate mission is to develop unique products in easy to use formats and to deliver them to consumers through an exclusive prepaid and payments network including grocery, convenience, drug, petrol and mass market formats.
Serving as the backbone of company’s business innovation, this proprietary prepaid and payments network numbered 60,000 stores at the end of 2006 in the US and will reach over 135 million shoppers per week with its programs.
Our client has expanded into Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia and will soon be growing into other countries throughout the world.

The position

To start up and to develop the Benelux prepaid cards market,

To set up and to develop a marketing and sales strategy to implement himself,

To be accountable for the P & L of the Benelux activity,

To develop business by building partnerships with :
- Alliances (major distributors)
- Card Partners (brands)
- Customers

To demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to attract and motivate talented people in his team,

To work together with UK, France and Germany Country Managers and to be member of the international management team.

To report to the Senior Vice-President International.

The profile

Degree in Business Administration or similar business background

Trilingual French, Dutch, English (Spoken and written)

Minimum 7 - 10 years successful sales management experience, ideally in a fast growing environment (B to B, FMCG, services,)

Proven sales records with full P & L responsibility

Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

High quality work

Results oriented

Self-starter

Customer focused

Hands-on and doer

Autonomous

Problem solver

Ability to meet with highest level strategic customers/prospects in the best interests of the company.
