Our client

Our client is a traditional Italian jewellery company, well known internationally for their handmade gold jewellery.
Founded 40 years ago, the company currently has about 300 employees and sells its jewellery collections through selected jewellers as well as its own monobrand stores worldwide.

The position

Building up the reference markets providing a high degree of services to the dealers with frequent and regular visits, in order to monitor the trends and set up the appropriate steps customized for each dealer.

Checking the selling performance of each dealer and analysing the competitor.

Analysing the area potentials and finding out new business opportunities, in particular in the Northern Europe Area (Scandinavian countries)

Analysing and predicting sell-out and sell-in budgets both to quantitative and qualitative level for each dealer.

Managing and supporting the implement of the sell-out system for each dealer,

Supporting the visual merchandising, according to the client’s standard.

Supporting and training the selling staff.

Managing promotional events and related activities

The profile

French, Dutch, English (and Italian)
Successful commercial experience in luxury goods, FMCG, events.
Strong relational and analytical skills,
Enterprising attitude and timing,
People managing abilities,
Problem solver,
Doer,
Results oriented,
Availability to frequent travels in the area and in Italy.
